Bee wax
Canting
Batik Fixer ( a clear colourless, vicious liquid)
Fabric (Silk, cotton, Indian Poplin etc.)
Wooden Frame
Batik Dye or Silk Paint
Others: thumb tacks, stapler,, resin wax,
containers to mix colours, brushes, rag,
hot plate, newspapers, metal bowl
(pot to boil the wax) and a well ventilated room
